My Story
Scentsy showed up in my life (God’s will) in May 2020. I had never been a customer of Scentsy before joining or really knew about the products. My sponsor Corrine, who I went to high school with, reached out and she told me about Scentsy and what it was doing for her so...I took a chance! It was during the $29 kit start up sale but I hesitated too long because I was not sure if I could invest in another thing that could possibly fail! I missed that deal and so when I chose to take the plunge Corrine set me up to do a party to earn my kit! It was a successful party. I did the flip. I paid $39 for my kit and earned 290 in PRV to start my business on May 31, 2020 earning my first paycheck from it the following month!
I am so grateful that I took a chance! In the beginning, I was not sure what this was going to be like, what it would bring if I would be successful, if I would try it for a month and give up! I have tried four other direct sales companies and it never went anywhere with any of them, with Scentsy it is different!
I have my heart in this business. I just started in May and I can see such a bright future for my daughter and I with opportunities that I didn’t even think were possible! Taking the time each day to put in an effort to build this business and every time I reached another milestone or I hit another goal it drives me more to want more, to see what the next success can be! When I get to the point where I’m going on trips and I’m seeing places in the world that I’ve dreamt of going or I didn’t think that I would be able to see, just like you not feeling I am deserving of, BUT I am deserving we are all deserving!
I want to be able to show my daughter that hard work and dedication pays off and anything that you apply yourself it can be done! That you can be your own boss, that you can run a business, that you can have a life and run that business too! Selene, my daughter is my biggest supporter of everything I do! She is my assistant, my helper and future Scentsy Consultant and I am so grateful that she gets to be along with me on this journey and one day when she grows up, she will be able to be just as successful as her mom is! The bonds and friendships I am making and the knowledge I am gaining and building, and I am immensely grateful for every moment of it!
